PROGRAMMER

Qualifications & Skills Required:

1. Strong programming skills in MS Access VBA, VB, C++, SQL.
2. Experience in software products development.
3. Positive personality with good communication skills.
4. Self-motivated and proactively solve problems and accomplish assignments independently.
5. Ability to quickly adapt new technical concepts.

Daily Functions Include:

1. Maintaining and developing software for Clients' computer systems.
2. Troubleshooting software for Clients and various Windows platform business software.
3. Work closely with Account Execs and Sales Management to flexibly execute projects at multiple Client sites.

 TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Qualifications & Skills Required:

1. Help Desk experience preferred but not necessary.
2. Demonstrate basic knowledge of Hardware capabilities, general Networking, various Software packages, Operating Systems.
3. Good Communication & Customer Service skills. Must effectively communicate between Customers & Co-workers & Supervisors.
4. Comfortable in Microsoft Word &, Excel and Windows environment.
5. Positive attitude & capable of multi-tasking.
6. PcAnywhere and\or PC to PC connectivity a Plus.

Daily Functions Include:

1. Learning proprietary ADS Software.
2. Fielding phone calls from ADS Software Users.
3. Answering ADS Software questions & asking questions of User to determine source of problem.
4. Applying your general computer skills along with your knowledge of ADS software to solve User problems quickly & effectively.
5. Planning & conducting training sessions for Users.
6. Work as part of a team to serve User needs and effectively convey User problems to Higher Level Technicians to insure right solution.
7. Resolving User problems by way of remote connectivity or through telephone instruction.
